Cancellation Policy

Demo Class Bookings

You may cancel or reschedule a free demo class booking at any time before the session, at no cost, by contacting us via the Contact page or WhatsApp.

Course Enrollment Cancellation

If you need to cancel a paid course enrollment before your batch begins, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before the batch start date are generally eligible for a full or partial refund per our Refund Policy. Cancellations after the batch has started are handled per the eligibility terms in that same policy.

Batch Changes Initiated by Metastack

If we need to reschedule or cancel a batch (for example, due to insufficient enrollment or trainer availability), we will notify enrolled students as early as possible and offer either a transfer to another batch or a full refund for the affected sessions.

Corporate Training Engagements

Cancellation terms for corporate training programs are agreed separately as part of the training proposal for that engagement.
